Q:What do I do if  I'm having difficulty creating a User ID and Password?
A: Make sure you carefully follow the guidelines:
    1. User ID and Password cannot be the same.
    2. User IDs must:

•  be 5 to 20 characters in length
•  contain at least one letter
•  not contain spaces
•  not contain special characters such as (&>*!%)
  Examples of a valid User ID are: roberts, wilson2, and Mark1976.

     3. Your Passwords:

•  Must be different from your User ID
•  Must contain 8 to 20 characters, including one letter and number
•  May include the following characters: %,&, _, ?, #, =, -
•  Your new password cannot have any spaces and will not be case sensitive.
